Who We Are
Derek Powers
Derek Powers has been in the real estate market for several successful years. After working for several local agencies, he was inspired to start his own company with the mission to serve Boston area property owners by offering specialized services designed to make the property rental process smoother and more efficient. Derek founded Our City Realty in pursuit of that mission and the company has been successful and growing steadily ever since.
Andrew Lipson
Andrew is a Boston local and graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009. He enjoys meeting clients and helping them in their search for their next home with an outgoing and cheerful personality. Outside of the office, Andrew is a fanatical sports fan, fantasy football champion, fiction novel junkie, and has seen pretty much every movie from the 90s (not really). During the warmer months he is also an avid cyclist and hiker. A craft beer collector, he will gladly discuss local hot spots and breweries that have piqued his interest. Always a friendly face and happy to help however he can!
Nate Hilbert
Nate has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013. He is originally from Acton, MA and graduated Cum Laude from UMass Amherst in 2008. He enjoys helping people achieve their goals in real estate in a smooth and (if possible!) fun way. Before he worked here he actually found a home via Our City Realty, where he still happily resides. In his free time he enjoys the NBA, playing soccer, filmmaking, and stand up comedy. Nate prides himself on his availability and knowledge of the Boston housing market. Armando Kulli
Albania born, Armando came to the United States in 2017. Where he has worked various jobs in the hospitality industry, which was a large change of pace from his roots in Albania as an attorney. In 2020, Armando decided to get his real estate license and since then has enjoyed helping people find new homes across the city. When he is not practicing real estate, or working behind the bar in Cambridge. Armando can be found enjoying hiking, rock climbing, or bike riding, but also at home playing video games.
